Erika Isler is a Certified Life Coach and earned her life coach certification with Dr. Martha Beck in 2010.

Erika is originally from North Tarrytown, N.Y. and a graduate of Syracuse University. She worked in the magazine and newspaper industry for more than 20 years, most recently as the editor of State College Magazine. She has been a lecturer at the College of Communications at The Pennsylvania State University. She is married to Chuck Risio, a lieutenant colonel in the United States Marine Corps and mother to two teenagers.
